Enterprise Sales Lead

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive the expansion of our AI-powered FMCG platform. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with on-ground client engagement. You will manage a high-performing sales team, execute strategic sales initiatives, and oversee key enterprise accounts. The position offers competitive compensation, incentives, and travel reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to build a high-performing, target-driven sales team
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to increase market penetration in the FMCG sector
• Performance Oversight: Set team goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent revenue achievement
• Pipeline Management: Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with accurate CRM forecasting
• Client Management: Lead key negotiations, support major deals, and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance go-to-market execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven ability to scale sales teams and consistently achieve revenue targets
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, process-focused approach
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
