Job Description

Title: Enterprise Sales Director (Global Capability Center - GCC)Location: Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad Responsibilities: • Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive innovation within the GCC, particularly in technologies like PEGA, Appian, Databricks, Low-code/No-code, BPM, RPA, and Cloud.• Drive innovation within the Global Capability Center (GCC) through strategic sales initiatives• Experience in B2B enterprise application sales, focusing on expanding client partnerships• Manage and grow client relationships with midsize centers/companies in India• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for clients• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a leadership role• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and GCC operations• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Willingness to travel as needed Company Description: Bits in Glass ● Industry Leader:○ Bits in Glass (BIG) has been in business for more than 20 years.
