Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Operations: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed. Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales data into the CRM system.
