Hiring for ERP Implementation Manager Experience – 5+ years Location – Delhi Notice – Immediate to 30 Days. Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and functionality. (especially SCM - Warehouse & Sales Marketing). Experience in BI (Business Integration) Requirement Gathering and Analysis: β€’ Understand of SCM & Complete business processes, identify specific needs, and translate them into functional specifications for the BI / ERP system. Configuration and Customization: β€’ Configure the ERP software to meet the unique requirements, including customizations - Reports generation and extensions if needed. Project Management: β€’ Manage the Business Integration & ERP implementation project, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Training and Support: β€’ Provide training how to use the BI & ERP system and offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions from all departments Testing and Quality Assurance: β€’ Conduct testing to ensure the BI System & ERP system functions correctly and meets all requirements before going live. β€’ Business Acumen: Knowledge of business processes, industry trends, and best practices. β€’ Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. β€’ Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. β€’ Project Management: Strong project management skills to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
