  • Sales Manager:

    Mumbai;

    Experience

    - 6 to 15 Years
  • Enterprise Account Manager Sales (EAM):

    Pune;

    Experience

    - 4 to 12 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Proven independent performer with strong

    domestic market knowledge

    and connects within the OEM ecosystem.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Driving

    CXO-level engagement

    and building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
  • Seeking new business opportunities in assigned regions (

    Mumbai for Sales Manager / Pune for EAM Sales

    ) and securing contracts for the company.
  • Securing long-term relationships by maintaining strong client relations.
  • Preparing and presenting regional or account-level reports for senior management.
  • Increasing sales volume for

    HPE Server & Storage products

    through direct/consultative sales in corporate or enterprise accounts (Hardware, Software, Networking).
  • Formulating strategic sales/account plans with clear objectives.
  • Owning and managing the sales forecast pipeline.
  • Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently met.
  • Developing strong relationships with key accounts and engaging senior management when necessary.
  • Designing tailored solutions based on customer requirements and delivering solution presentations to decision-makers.
  • Providing senior management with insights on customer.
  • Preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals for customers.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues within assigned accounts and escalating appropriately when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    4 to 10 years relevant in the

    Infrastructure and Cyber security domain

    .
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage at CXO level.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel within India as required.
