Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Draup, your primary role will involve driving new logo acquisition and accelerating the growth of Talent Use Cases. Your responsibilities will include building a strong pipeline, maintaining client relationships, engaging enterprise accounts through various outreach methods, delivering tailored product demos, leveraging research for client presentations, and coaching BDRs to optimize lead generation. You will be expected to use consultative sales methodologies and work closely with the BDR and Marketing teams to achieve immediate results. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain a strong pipeline and client relationships - Engage enterprise accounts via phone, email, and social selling - Deliver tailored product demos and consultative solutions - Utilize research and data for client presentations - Employ consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sales - Coach BDRs to enhance lead generation Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience selling SaaS products - 2+ years of experience selling software to HR Leaders - Experience in SaaS sales with complex sales cycles - Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal/written/visual) - Process-driven and self-motivated - Familiarity with workforce planning, talent acquisition, or talent intelligence preferred About Draup: Draup is an AI-driven enterprise decision-making platform that provides actionable insights to leaders in sales and talent domains.
