Enrollment Officer

As an Enrollment Officer at Code Brucke Pvt. Ltd., located in Hilite Business Park, Calicut, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting students in their academic and career pursuits. Your responsibilities will include: - Counsel and guide students on various courses and career options available to them. - Handle inbound and outbound calls to effectively promote educational programs. - Successfully convert inquiries and leads into enrollments by providing necessary information and assistance. - Assist students with admission procedures and documentation to ensure a smooth enrollment process. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM tools. - Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the organization. - Collaborate effectively with marketing and academic teams to enhance conversion rates. In order to excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Qualification of Plus Two or Degree in any discipline. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong abilities in persuasion, sales, and problem-solving. - Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
