Job Description

NephroPlus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Enpidia Trainer to join our team in Enpedia
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students enrolled in our Dialysis Technician course, ensuring they receive both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in the field of dialysis care
A degree in dialysis or a related field (Bachelordegree preferred)
Proven experience in dialysis care, with a strong understanding of dialysis principles and patient management
Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for students enrolled in the Dialysis Technician course
Develop and implement lesson plans that cover all aspects of dialysis care, including anatomy, physiology, dialysis principles, and patient management
Provide hands-on training and supervise practical sessions at NephroPlus centres, ensuring students gain real-world experience
Assess student performance through regular evaluations, exams, and practical assessments
Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment, encouraging student participation and growth
Stay updated with the latest developments in dialysis care and integrate new techniques and best practices into the curriculum
Collaborate with the quality team to maintain high standards of training and curriculum
Prepare and maintain training materials, records, and reports
