Job Title : English Teacher Location : Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh Experience : 2-5 years Salary : Negotiable Employment Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled English Teacher to join our institution in Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh . The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for students. Key Responsibilities : Teach English Language and Literature to students as per the assigned grade levels. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Foster a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking among students. Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Encourage interactive and activity-based learning methods. Prepare students for academic and competitive exams. Provide individualized support to students when needed. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Collaborate with school administration and participate in school activities. Required Skills & Qualifications : Educational Qualification : B.A./M.A. in English, B.Ed. (preferred) or equivalent qualification. Experience : 2-5 years of teaching experience at the primary, secondary, or senior secondary level. Language Skills : Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Teaching Skills : Strong ability to engage students with innovative teaching methods. Classroom Management : Ability to handle diverse student needs effectively. Additional Requirements : Knowledge of CBSE curriculum (preferred). Passionate about teaching and mentoring students. Willingness to participate in extracurricular and school development activities.
