The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to make learning an engaging and enriching experience for students. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in alignment with the State syllabus . Develop and implement lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to encourage analytical thinking and language proficiency. Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and classroom activities. Encourage creativity in writing and communication through debates, essays, storytelling, and literary discussions. Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and critical thinking. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate language skills across subjects. Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding progress and areas of improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Educational Qualification: BA or MA in English. Preferred: B.Ed/M.Ed as an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and literature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
