Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured and interactive English lessons as per Cambridge curriculum standards.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments for grades 8 - 10/IGCSE (and A Levels if applicable).
Teach components such as Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening, Literature, and Language analysis.
Use differentiated teaching strategies to support varied learning needs and abilities.
Track, record, and report student progress to parents and school leadership.
Facilitate development of critical thinking, communication skills, and creativity in students.
Integrate digital tools and blended learning methods in the classroom.
Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint / IGCSE / AS & A Level examinations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors / Masters degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
Prior experience teaching Cambridge curriculum (Checkpoint/IGCSE/AS-A Level) is highly desirable.
Strong command of English language and classroom management skills.
Ability to use digital tools and modern teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.
