Our training programs are designed to help students achieve their target scores through quality instruction and personalized mentoring. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS training to students preparing for academic or general IELTS exams. You will help learners improve their language proficiency and exam strategies to reach their desired band scores. Key Responsibilities: Conduct online/offline IELTS classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests Provide regular feedback and personalized support to students Maintain student progress records and provide performance reports Conduct speaking assessments and writing evaluations Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and scoring patterns Support academic counseling and demo sessions for prospective students Ensure high student satisfaction and target score achievement Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or any discipline with strong English proficiency Minimum 6 months of experience as an IELTS trainer or English language trainer Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation Familiarity with IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria Good classroom management and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) Preferred: Certification in IELTS Trainer Training (IDP, British Council, etc.) Strong writing and speaking skills (Band 7 or above, if tested) Experience in training for other English tests like TOEFL or PTE is a plus Show more Show less
