Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Meta Sales professional specializing in the U.S. travel market, located in New Delhi. The individual will engage with customers to provide excellent service, coordinate travel bookings, and foster strong communication to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing English language assistance, training team members, and facilitating effective translation for communication with international clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and Translation to ensure clear and effective communication
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and build relationships with clients
• Ability to deliver Training to team members and enhance internal processes
• Any relevant certifications or degrees in Language, Tourism, or Hospitality are advantageous
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
