Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to join our team and help students develop their language proficiency in a structured, engaging, and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver interactive English lessons for students across various age groups Focus on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and language enrichment activities Use creative teaching strategies and digital tools (where applicable) Track student progress and provide timely feedback Communicate with parents/staff regarding student performance Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience in English Proficient in using technology for language instruction Must be a local resident within 10 km radius around Othakkadai Passionate about student development and language excellence Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Location: Othakadai, Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person
