**Job Description:** As a Technology Expert in an international industrial automation team at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in developing pioneering solutions for global projects in the energy industry. You will collaborate with specialists from the industrial Automation domain and take on the responsibility for O&G, Chemical, Marine, Hydrogen, and Digital engineering solutions executed by the Business Area EAD within the Transformation of Industry. Your main focus will be on the technical realization of systems, solutions, plants, and their equipment sourced both internally and externally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define the standardization vision aligning with business objectives such as cost efficiency, sustainability, time-to-market, and innovation. - Establish a global hardware standardization board with regional leads and domain experts, defining roles and responsibilities. - Develop and document hardware standards, specifications, and guidelines ensuring interoperability and compliance with global regulations. - Drive implementation of standards across teams, integrating them into product development lifecycles and engineering workflows. - Monitor and measure KPIs related to standardization effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback. - Foster a culture of standardization by promoting its benefits, recognizing and rewarding successful efforts, and encouraging innovation. - Engage stakeholders for strategic alignment and innovation by identifying and mapping stakeholders, building strong relationships, seeking feedback, and co-creating solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or equivalent professional expertise in an industrial environment. - Expertise in standardizing designs, processes, and components in manufacturing and product development. - Experience in implementing quality management systems like ISO 9001 and developing standards for software, data management, and IT systems. - Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and experience in working in international engineering teams. *Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.*,
