Job Description

As a Service Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance for HF Spindle/Machine Spindle/Machine Maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 3+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components. - Applying knowledge of safety protocols and standards to ensure safe working practices with machinery and equipment. - Utilizing excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Maintaining a customer-focused attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Moreover, you will be expected to: - Travel to customer sites as required and be flexible with working hours. - Have experience in the maintenance of Machine Spindle/PCB Maintenance/HF Spindle. - Be proficient in using measuring equipment such as Vernier, Micrometre, Multimeter, Vibration Meter, Sound level Meter. - Understand PLC and circuit diagrams, with the ability to repair if necessary. - Possess skills in writing PLC programs and using a Soldering Gun with necessary precautions. - Be multilingual to effectively communicate with customers in diverse regions. - Ideally, have experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly in automation/machine tool/machine repair. Your qualifications for this role include a BE in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
