Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering - Painter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mahindra Holidays & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and engineering, with excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the painting process to ensure high-quality results.
Develop and implement new painting techniques and methods to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to painting and engineering projects.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in painting and engineering, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
