DevOps & Infra Awareness: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, observability, and security best practices. QA Process Understanding: Experience in implementing test automation, CI/CD testing, and QA best practices. Leadership & Execution Focus: Someone who doesnt just talk strategy but gets things done efficiently and challenges the team to improve. Startup Experience (Preferred): Worked in fast-paced environments where speed, execution, and impact matter. This role requires someone who is strong in both backend (.NET) and frontend (React/Next.js), can oversee DevOps, and optimize QA operations to ensure high-quality releases.
