Key responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to develop and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business goals. • Drive the technical direction and strategy for the team, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. • Oversee the development and maintenance of software and hardware systems, ensuring that they meet quality standards and performance requirements. • Manage the engineering budget and resources, making strategic decisions to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
