In this mission-critical role, you will be responsible for driving field trials, demonstrations, and technical compliance to validate the readiness and effectiveness of our systems.

Key Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or related fields.

Experience: 7-12 years in similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Trials & Demonstrations

• Accountable for field trials of Day, II & TI devices (Image Intensifier & Thermal Imaging).

• Guide and prepare the team for trial readiness, including device zeroing and functionality checks.

• Provide technical support to the Sales team during demonstrations, exhibitions, and client visits.

• Ensure timely submission of trial feedback reports and communicate key outcomes to the D&D team.

2. Compliance & Documentation

• Undertake in-depth study of user specifications, RFI/RFP/PRFP requirements issued by MoD, MHA, and state/central agencies.

• Prepare technical compliance documents and QR specifications.

3. Device Maintenance & Stock Management

• Perform preventive maintenance and functionality checks for demo devices.

• Maintain serviceable demo stock of electro-optics devices.

• Highlight deviations and coordinate with D&D for upgradation/customization needs.

4. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Handle procurement processes through ACSFP Cell, Capital, MHA, and Emergency Procurement.

• Source and evaluate vendors for accessories, spares, and RFP-related requirements.
