Role Overview: You will be working with a Fortune 500 company in the Fintech domain, developing complex, resilient, and scalable enterprise products. Your responsibilities will include understanding retail industry business requirements, creating solution development plans, removing technical/process impediments, providing technical mentorship, collaborating with project/program management, participating in customer workshops, managing developers, owning development schedules and quality, participating in code reviews, and sizing opportunities for new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Understand retail industry business requirements - Create solution development plans & deliver against schedules - Remove technical and/or process impediments - Provide technical mentorship to developers & architects - Collaborate with project/program management for solution development/delivery plans - Actively participate in customer workshops to blend product & technical expertise - Manage a talented pool of developers and prepare them for next-generation tech challenges - Own development schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction for client accounts - Participate in code reviews and ensure delivery quality - Size opportunities for new projects in existing or new accounts - Ability to travel to customer locations Qualifications Required: - Solid development experience using C# and .NET standard libraries such as WPF, MFC, WinForms, WCF, COM Libs - Experience leading development teams in an Agile/SCRUM setup with skills in project/task estimation, delegation, and leading technical conversations - Proficiency in data structures, design patterns, object-oriented design, and programming algorithms - Experience with large-scale database management including SQL Server, nHibernate, Entity Framework - Resilient and curious mindset with a focus on continuous learning and growth - Strong skills in listening, planning, motivating, and mentoring - Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and work ethics skills with expertise in process improvement Company Details: The client is a Fortune 500 company in the Fintech domain that develops complex, resilient, and scalable enterprise products.,
