JD- Engineering Manager -GEN AI Location: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Hyderabad Mode: Work from office Technologies: Java / .NET C# / Good to have : Python / Spring / React.js / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis / Kafka Company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers in delivering scalable, secure, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on delivery experience of AI projects and a strong background in Java or .NET (C#) technologies . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build platforms that drive real business impact. This is a leadership role that requires deep technical acumen, strategic vision, and exceptional team management skills. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. Proven delivery experience of AI/ML projects in a production environment. Strong technical expertise in Java (Spring Boot) or .NET C# , with hands-on coding capabilities. Experience with Python , especially in data engineering or AI-related work, is a plus. Solid experience in frontend technologies like React.js . Working knowledge of PostgreSQL , MongoDB , Redis , Kafka , and MinIO . Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker , and Kubernetes . Understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and AI/ML frameworks is desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience in AI-first, fast-paced product companies is a strong plus.
