About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
Full-Stack Engineering Manager
to lead a team of frontend and backend engineers in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, and delivering high-quality software products end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and career development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Drive effective sprint planning, task estimation, prioritization, and resourcing.
Technical Ownership
- Oversee the architecture, design, and development of full-stack features and systems.
- Guide engineering teams in selecting appropriate technologies and best practices.
- Review code, ensure coding standards, and maintain high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Execution & Delivery
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases and enhancements.
- Implement processes to improve code quality, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.
Strategic Contribution
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and product performance.
- Drive innovation and ensure the system remains scalable and maintainable.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2–4 years in an engineering leadership or management role.
- Strong experience with full-stack technologies such as:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Backend: Java
- Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience designing scalable architectures (microservices, REST, GraphQL, cloud-native systems).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity and deliver high-quality products.
