Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define technical strategy and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide end-to-end technical leadership, overseeing technology development including frontend, backend, AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and QA efforts. - Define and implement technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance of all systems. - Lead the development of backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines, guiding frontend integration efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions and build high-performing engineering teams. - Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and system monitoring. - Oversee big data technology, analytics, and monitoring integration for performance optimization. - Ensure efficient CI/CD processes, Git workflows, and automated deployment pipelines. - Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and align technical goals with business objectives. - Lead initiatives for AI-driven technologies integration and enhance platform intelligence. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. - Expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, and strong understanding of microservices and API design. - Experience in integrating and deploying AI-driven solutions within scalable systems. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms like Google Cloud/GCP, Firebase, and database systems. - Familiarity with frontend development concepts and frameworks and experience leading technical teams. - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
