Engineering Manager

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to lead our engineering team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and a proven track record of driving innovation and efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team.
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in product development.
• Drive innovation within the engineering department, seeking opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.E./M.Tech).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of standard engineering software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
