Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Should have work experience in Automotive industry (preferably welding industry). Should have worked in maintenance function Should possess good knowledge in Machine Breakdown / Preventive Maintenance / Predictive maintenance Conversant in People management. Experience in Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Lubrication system Exposure in Utility equipment maintenance in preparable Experience in Ball screw & LM block replacement and Spindle & Gear Box assembly. Identification and implementation of MTBF /MTTR improvement activities Identification and implementation of Maintenance Cost / Energy Saving improvement activities Implementation of Poke yoke for Machine accident / Quality rejection Elimination Robot, MIG & TIG welding knowledge is essential. Application of problem-solving tools like Why Why analysis, 8D approach, CAPA, FMEA etc. Exposure in SAP PM and IDM module, IATF16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills Achieve Maintenance daily and Monthly Targets as per plan Ensure production, Safety and Quality requirements Complete work activities as per P3 standard
