Key Responsibilities

Dynamometer Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• overhaul, maintenance, and repair

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in dynamometer systems.

• Conduct regular inspection and performance testing to ensure proper functioning.

Mechanical Assembly & Repair

• dynamometer assembly

• bearing assembly and replacement

• spindle assembly

• Maintain proper documentation for all mechanical works carried out.

Spare Parts & Inventory Management

• spare part inventory

• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely procurement of parts.

• Monitor usage, report shortages, and ensure cost-effective inventory control.

Machine Shop & Facility Maintenance

• Implement safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• 5 associates

• Allocate tasks effectively, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion.

• Train team members on assembly, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

Time & Task Management

• Plan daily work schedules to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and production requirements.

• Ensure minimal machine downtime through proactive maintenance.
