Summary of the Role: Responsible for Machine Shop (Production) activities of CNC Machine Shop. Roles & Responsibilities:- To monitoring Machine Shop Production including Makino M/c, washing Machines & LT Machines. To monitor Quality Parameters as per the requirements. To monitor the process Parameters on machines. To monitor Production plan vs. Actual Production as per the targets. Manpower Planning and efficiency. To co-ordinate with Quality, Maintenance and PPC team. To ensure and follow all safety rules. To maintain Housekeeping and 1s 2s of shop floor. To monitor smooth material handling. Functional Requirements : Thorough knowledge of CNC machines and programming. Knowledge of CMM corrections. System Knowledge of TS / OHSAS, EMS and TPM. Knowledge of Cp / Cpk & SPC. Experience in aluminum machining would be preferable.
