Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle calibration and preventive maintenance of all fixtures, especially hydraulic fixtures.
Troubleshoot fixture breakdowns and reduce downtime.
Manage and maintain critical fixture spares.
Conduct RCA for fixture issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain fixture maintenance, history, and modification records.
Prepare performance and improvement reports.
Design and modify fixtures using CAD (NX preferred).
Create drawings, simulations, and conduct fixture trials.
Coordinate with vendors for fixture development.
Support internal teams during tooling and NPD activities.
Drive continuous improvement in fixture performance and cost.
