Job Description

Role & responsibilities Support the on/off site construction team by providing input into the development of the scope of work for construction service as well as monitoring construction activities. Studying the contract to have a better understanding of the requirements of project completion and proposing the same for implementation & execution. Drafting the correspondences on critical issues Executing the miscellaneous duties/tasks as advised by the reporting authority Coordination of site & H.O. Coordinating within the departments for ensuring the timely completion of engineering approvals & material delivery. Planning & coordination among various vendors so as to complete all the activities within the project schedule. Prepare the MSR (Material status report) & latest ordering status. Coordinating with Client, Contractors, DEC (detail engineering consultant) & Procurement departments regarding material & services requirement at site. Providing the assistance to Logistics team for the resolution of material delivery related issues. Expediting manufacturing and delivery of materials from the vendor & for clear to IMIR (Irn, Mtc, Tax invoice, Packing list, Draft invoice, Challan & Road permit). To provide assistance for the preparation of billing schedule as per the Contractual requirements and stipulations Coordinate with the suppliers for arranging the documents for Client invoicing Preferred candidate profile Significant knowledge and experience in EPC Project Management Strong process orientation and experience of managing complex supply chain Ability to manage key stakeholders Good negotiation skills (especially to deal with external vendors) Perks and benefits Bachelor Accommodation Transportation Food Group Personal Accident Policy (Self) Group Medical Insurance Policy (Self, Spouse & 2 Dependent Children)
