Job Description

Drawing and blueprint review
: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Inspection and testing
: Perform detailed inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process work, and finished products. Use precision instruments like calipers, gauges, and micrometers, as well as other electronic inspection equipment.
Quality assurance
: Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure they meet production standards and document results to identify and correct any issues.
Problem-solving
: Analyze defects and recurring quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend adjustments to the production process.
Documentation and reporting
: Prepare and maintain accurate quality control reports, inspection records, and other necessary paperwork.
Collaboration
: Work with engineering, production, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective and preventative actions.
