Engineer-Quality control

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting inspections of incoming materials and reviewing material testing certificates. Additionally, you will conduct third-party testing of materials as per the Inspection Test Plan (ITP). It will be your duty to ensure that all site activities adhere to the Construction Methodology, Technical Specification, and Drawings. You will also be in charge of preparing all Quality Control (QC) laboratory documents such as work procedures, ITP, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), checklists, and other necessary formats for project-specific activities and testing according to project specifications and codes of practice. Keeping records of calibration status and conducting regular calibration of all laboratory testing equipment and batching plant will also be part of your responsibilities. Daily tasks will include checking concrete mix design on the batching plant and verifying all work activities with checklists. Coordinating with clients for field-testing, pre and post-concrete inspection, and obtaining approvals will also be a key aspect of your role.
