Leading Supply chain activity for Section Casting, Press, Machining & Outsourcing. Ensure In-time delivery & 100% compliance from Supplier (Carb.& Fuel Injection) parts. Model obsoletion/Ramp up with supplier & co-ordination with PPC. Support to Quality for Supplier Quality Assurance through various audits & defective lots inspection. Issuing Sch. Agreement to Supplier for Rate agreement of each part. Cost competitive procurement of material & support to CR activities. Ability to lead & motivate team in day-to-day situation and deliver win-win decisions in favor of organization benefit. Managing deadlines and Monitoring Progress daily task of team To implement or continuous improvement effective system in day-to-day adherence to procedures/ guidelines of system like IATF/ISO14001/ISO45001/ SASG-RASG etc. Effective communication with internal as well as external parties. Negotiations and Settlement of Supplier grievances towards Supply chain Relevant Supply chain experience in automobile industry and Casting-Press-Machining • Leading Section independently and continuous improvement • Negotiation skills • Problem solving skills • Good knowledge of SAP MM module • Proficiency in MS-Office specially Excel, Power point, Word.
