Job Description

To handle import procurement operations, that demands strong coordination with international vendors, timely order execution, and accurate documentation using SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Order Creation, execution, and timely delivery of purchase orders of parts for both production & spares requirement.
Communicate professionally with global suppliers via email/call for quotations, confirmations, and shipment updates.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials by tracking shipments and resolving delays.
Maintain and update procurement trackers and internal reports.
Handle import documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipment details.
Collaborate with internal teams (Stores, Logistics, Accounts) for smooth material flow.
Ensure clear and effective communication across departments and with external partners.

Requirements:

Proficiency MS Excel and in SAP (preferable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of import documentation.
