Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for materials and equipments. Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines and measure supplier performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Place orders for materials and ensure timely delivery. Understand technical requirements and find the right materials. Ensure all purchased items meet quality and technical standards. Keep records of orders, payments, and supplier details & Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages. Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal pricing and service levels. Find ways to reduce costs without compromising quality & Work within the companys budget and control expenses. Handle delays, defective materials, or other supplier problems & Work with vendors to improve their service and quality. Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier databases. Utilize ERP (SAP & Ariba) software to streamline purchasing and reporting.
