Engineer Power Platform

As a Developer II - Software Engineering at UST, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping the world's best organizations achieve growth and success through transformation. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions using Power Platform technologies such as PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. You will leverage your expertise in enterprise solutions to design, develop, configure, deploy, test, and implement secure applications. Additionally, you will contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Power Platform, ALM workflows, and agile development methodologies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Platform development. Proficiency in PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online is required. You should have a deep understanding of security and access control models within Power Platform and SharePoint. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to articulate complex concepts clearly. You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues will be crucial in this role. Professional certifications such as Microsoft's PL-400 or PL-600 are highly desirable.
