Job Description

Role & responsibilities Defect reduce: No. of defects and its occurence to be reduce Inspection of the parts as per the inspection standard, proces audit at vendor end,regular monitoring and solution of the line problems. Final Inspection DPR: To attend regular final inspection meeting and verify the verify the NG component in the vehicle & conduct analysis of the NG parameters & take the countermeasures. Counter measure clouser : The counter measure being checked verified at supplier end for line issues,CKD claims and hinkai. Supplier upgradation: Updation and approval of PFD,PCS & SIS-P of each and every componenet during SOP/Process/Design change,system & process audit of suppliers as per plan. Minimise assembly line stoppage time due to NG parts. Candidate having an experience in tubular sheet metal parts press and welding exposure. Mig/Mag welding exposure,press shop process exposure.
