Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Part Drawing and 3D data Related Will be responsible to review the Parts and assembly drawing Will be responsible to review the part 3D data using Unigraphics NX (UG-NX) Co-ordination with Design for the queries related to 2D/3D and assembly Arrangement of Supplier drawing against Spec Drawing Change Management (ECN/ECR) ECN review and inform to concern supplier about the change and timelines ECN Feasibility and lead time discussion with Supplier ECN implementation (Plan vs Actual) Monitoring New Development Will be responsible for the Injection moulding tool development Drawing and 3D data review before the tooling go-ahead Review part and tool BOP/Material Co-ordination with Internal stakeholders (Design, Purchase, Assembly, Paint Shop, Quality) Co-ordination with Part supplier and tool maker Resolve/mitigate tooling issues (Technical , Timing , Cost) Development Plan monitoring (Plan vs Actual) Benchmarking / VAVE Benchmarking with competitor vehicles VA/VE ideas for cost saving in existing and new models Study alternate Plastic raw materials
