Job Description: We are looking to hire fresh ITI Diploma and B.Tech graduates in Mechanical Engineering to support our maintenance, mechanical work. This is a great opportunity to start your career with hands-on experience in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in mechanical maintenance. Work with senior engineers to understand and execute technical tasks. Support installation, inspection, and testing of mechanical components of Post Printing Machines. Follow safety protocols and company procedures on the shop floor or project sites. Eligibility Criteria: Education: ITI Diploma (Mechanical/Fitter/Turner or equivalent) OR B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (2024 pass-out preferred) Experience: 0–2 year (Freshers encouraged to apply) Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment, and machinery Familiarity with engineering drawings and measurements CAD knowledge Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong work ethic and punctuality Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,893.40 - ₹20,041.28 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
