Engineer Intern

About the Role:

At The EduOcean, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer Intern to support our engineering team in building and enhancing innovative software applications.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers to contribute to coding, debugging, testing, and research while gaining hands-on exposure to modern development practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications

• Assist in coding, debugging, and participating in code reviews

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve workflows

• Document technical processes and project details

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript

• Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies

• Experience with debugging and participating in code reviews

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and adapt to remote collaboration

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with collaborative tools and version control systems such as Git

• Exposure to real-world or academic software development projects
