Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inspecting

incoming

materials

and

products
for quality and compliance with specifications specifically of mechanica products
Performing

tests

and

measurements
using appropriate equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Documenting

inspection

results
and maintaining accurate records of inspections.
Identifying

and

reporting

non-conforming

products
or materials to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborating
reports to address quality issues and improve quality standards
Maintaining

inspection

logs
to ensure a history of parts received is recorded.These responsibilities are crucial for ensuring that materials meet the required quality standards before they are used in production.

Preferred candidate profile

Inspection of mechanical raw components received
Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis 4M
Familiar with quality standards, 5S implementation, and Kaizen practices Quality documentation, and basic CAPA handling
Leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities
Good communication and professional work ethics Basiccomputerskills (MS Excel, Word, Email )
Practical experience in IPQC, OQC, LQC, and PDI inspection
