Test plan creation, Test cases creation, Report compilation & work closely with development team for closure of bugs Develop and implement detailed test plans for connected vehicle features and Android/iOS App Testing. Derive test cases from detailed specifications and execute test cases (on bench and vehicle level) and analyze results to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Identify, record, and track hardware/software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with hardware/software developers and engineers to resolve issues. Provide input on hardware/software design and functionality from a testing perspective. Keep abreast of new technologies and testing tools relevant to connected vehicles. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. What You Will Do Automate testing procedures where possible to improve efficiency. Participate in code reviews and software development meetings. Assist in the creation of user documentation and technical support materials. What You Need to Be Successful: Proven experience of at least 2 years in software, device and vehicle level testing, preferably with connected vehicle technologies/Internet of Things. Working knowledge of embedded systems Working knowledge of MCUs and Microprocessor Working knowledge of RTOS, AUTOSAR etc. Working knowledge of different actuators and sensors used in automotive industry Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, USB etc. Familiarity with testing of GNSS and Cellular network-based telematics devices. Able to comprehend complex systems, architecture & able to concisely explain and present to related stake holders & management What Makes You Eligible: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics /Electrical Engineer/Computer Science 2-6 years of experience in embedded software development and Automotive domain.
