Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve production plan vs actual with defined target.
Operator control and shift production monitoring
Handling of equipment and maintain good 5s and 3C
Do the assigned job within targeted time.
Daily, weekly, monthly report preparation and corrective action report
New product launch and make-line readiness setup
Process optimization and productivity improvement
Strictly adhere to work instruction specification and ensure good quality work.
Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortages during production.
Assembly line inventory control
Divers continuous improvement in CT, waste reduction, production efficiency, and operation improvement.
Responsible for maintaining and improving factory processes and related metrics, such as production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities, and others as needed.
