Follow up and expedite the sample castings from Pouring to Dispatch Expedite the castings within the shortest lead time Follow up the various stage of casting process and record the results Coordinate with NDT team for various testing and record the results Co Ordinate with Dimension Inspection team and complete the testing Offering the sample castings to Internal QC and customer for inspection Obtain Approval and release for shipment Compile all the PPAP Documents and hand over to Head technical for further course of action Follow Up the corrective action and release the parts for bulk Production
