Hiring: Engagement Manager in Kolkata Join our fast-growing technology company as an Engagement Manager -a key leadership role - accountable for utilizing cross-functional resources to deliver the One Spera promise to our clients. As a tech-fluent leader, you will leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to deliver business impact, control costs, and ensure legal and GDPR adherence. This role reports directly to the Unit Leader and is ideal for an early-career professional with 4+ years of people leadership and up to 10 years of total experience. What You Will Do: Drive unit performance to meet SLA, TAT, and quality benchmarks consistently Lead and develop a dynamic team, coaching for growth and succession Champion automation, analytics, and compliance across operations Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication Promote core values, control costs, and ensure legal and GDPR adherence Collaborate closely with senior leaders at least two levels above your role Foster a culture of inquiry by challenging assumptions and encouraging data-driven decisions Use technology and AI solutions to optimize business outcomes What We Are Looking For: 7–10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in people leadership Proven ability to lead teams and conduct independent appraisals Experience working closely with senior leaders two levels above Strong client engagement and relationship management skills Tech fluent, with a strong understanding of how technology and AI drive business impact Adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity to engage diverse teams and clients Why Join Us?
