We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to lead and manage client relationships and deliver strategic consulting solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in consulting and possess strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills. This role requires a keen understanding of business challenges, the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, and a proven track record of successful project execution. Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. Understand client business goals, challenges, and requirements, ensuring that consulting solutions are tailored to meet their needs. Project Delivery : Lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements across various industries. Oversee the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and standards. Team Leadership and Mentorship : Manage a team of consultants and junior staff, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to achieve engagement goals. Strategic Insights and Problem Solving: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends. Proactively identify client challenges and develop innovative strategies to drive business improvement. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Effectively communicate with senior leadership and clients to report progress and manage expectations. BusinessDevelopment: Support the business development team in identifying opportunities for additional services with existing clients. Assist in proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations to win new business. ChangeManagement: Lead clients through periods of transformation and change, guiding them through organizational and operational shifts while maintaining business continuity. Budget and Financial Management : Manage engagement budgets and resources efficiently. Ensure profitability of projects while maintaining quality standards and timelines. Qualification and Skills: MBA from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college. Strong academic performance is preferred. 8-10 years of consulting experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a client-facing role. Experience across a wide range of industries (eg, financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, etc) is a plus. Deep understanding of consulting methodologies and frameworks. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams, guiding junior consultants, and driving projects to successful completion. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and understand client needs, challenges, and objectives. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, resources, and timelines effectively.
