Job Summary

As an Engagement Delivery Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects by managing stakeholder expectations ensuring adherence to AGILE methodologies and executing effective project management strategies. With a focus on program management you will drive initiatives that align with company goals contributing to the overall success and impact on society. This hybrid role requires a balance of technical expertise and domain knowledge in merchandising.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee the implementation of AGILE methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by effectively communicating project progress risks and outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress identify challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize program management expertise to oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to integrate domain-specific insights into project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team to achieve superior results.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in stakeholder management demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exhibit proficiency in AGILE methodologies with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management including planning execution and risk management.
  • Have a solid understanding of program management principles and practices.
  • Experience in the merchandising domain is a plus providing valuable insights into project execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.


Certifications Required

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP)
