Job Description

As an Engagement Delivery Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects by managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring adherence to AGILE methodologies, and executing effective project management strategies. Your focus on program management will drive initiatives aligning with company goals, contributing to overall success and societal impact. This hybrid role requires a balance of technical expertise and domain knowledge in merchandising. - Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. - Oversee the implementation of AGILE methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability. - Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams for successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. - Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication of project progress, risks, and outcomes. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals. - Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address deviations from the plan. - Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and develop solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes. With your program management expertise, you will oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborating with merchandising teams, you will integrate domain-specific insights into project planning and execution. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, you will support transparency and accountability while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team to achieve superior results. Qualifications: - Possess extensive experience in stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. - Exhibit proficiency in AGILE methodologies with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Demonstrate expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management. - Have a solid understanding of program management principles and practices. - Experience in the merchandising domain is a plus, providing valuable insights into project execution. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively. Certifications Required: - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - Project Management Professional (PMP),
