Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services professional based in Mumbai. The Client Services role involves managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs and issues, and coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions tailored to client requirements. The role also includes financial management related to client accounts and budgets. Qualifications Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills Basic knowledge and experience in Finance Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Effective problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field Experience in the events industry is a plus
