Secure Meters Limited is hiring for: Role: Energy Engineer/Plumbing engineer Location: #Udaipur Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Plumbing/Environmental Engineering or equivalent Experience: 2-6 years Job Purpose: To optimize the operation, maintenance, and efficiency of plumbing systems while minimizing resource wastage and environmental impact. Aim to ensure uninterrupted water supply and wastewater management, promote sustainable practices, and foster the adoption of innovative plumbing technologies to support eco-friendly operations. Major Accountabilities: 1. Develop a sustainable process for measuring and minimizing water usage across plumbing systems. 2. Maintain detailed documentation of plumbing system layouts, specifications, water consumption, and maintenance schedules to facilitate improvements. 3. Implement and document projects aimed at reducing water wastage and optimizing plumbing system efficiency. 4. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and fixtures, to ensure optimal functionality. 5. Prepare and execute periodic maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted water supply and effective wastewater management. Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions. 6. Ensure proper integration of plumbing systems with utility infrastructure, including water supply networks, water heaters, and drainage systems. 7. Maintain up-to-date records of plumbing operations, STP, maintenance, and monitoring activities in compliance with ISO, OSHAS, and other relevant standards. Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements related to plumbing systems and environmental safety. 8. Promote the use of sustainable plumbing practices, such as rainwater harvesting, grey-water recycling, and water-efficient fixtures. Facilitate the study and training of staff on innovative plumbing technologies and sustainable practices. 9. Practices to be implemented to achieve NET ZERO targets. Key Performance Indicators: 1. Availability of performance reports highlighting water usage and reductions in wastage. 2. Number and quality of water-saving projects implemented and their measurable impact. 3. Frequency of breakdowns in plumbing systems and response time for resolution. 4. Consistent delivery of optimal water supply and wastewater management without service interruptions. 5. Regular completion of maintenance activities as per the predefined schedule. 6. Comprehensive, audit-ready records of plumbing system operations and maintenance. 7. Integration of water-efficient solutions and increased awareness of sustainable plumbing practices among stakeholders.
